On a mission for the Olympic Games in Paris

At the invitation of Amsterdam Trade & Innovate, Studio Solarix will participate in a digital trade mission for the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024! During this mission, the goal is to contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions in the Olympic village.

In 2024, the Olympic and Paralympic Games will take place in Paris and the surrounding area. France wants present its capital as the sustainable and accessible European city of the future that must be CO2 neutral by 2050. That is why the aim is to make the Olympic Games as sustainable as possible with innovative buildings. The solar design facades of Studio Solarix naturally fit in perfectly with this!

To contribute to the realization of this sustainable goal, the application of our aesthetic solar panels on a building in the Olympic village is being examined in collaboration with Solideo. The plan for this comes from the renowned French architect Dominique Perrault, known for his design of the French National Library.

During the digital trade mission, we will talk to potential building partners in order to realize a great project in which we can optimally use our expertise in the field of design solar panels. We are supported in this by the organization of Solideo and the Dutch Embassy in Paris.

The digital trade mission will take place on December 9 and 10 with Sigrid Kaag, Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation.
