Working as a Production Employee at Solarix
We have been scaling up since 2023. We will be working on large assignments and this requires professionalization and innovation in production. As a production employee you work on the Solarix System; a coloured solar panel with a mounting system. You work on the basis of production drawings and help with the assembly of the mounting system on the solar panel.
At the moment, assembly is still done manually, but we will have to (partly) automate, simplify and speed up this. Quality control and quality of the bonding is an important point of attention. You are part of the assembly team led by the production manager.
What are you going to do?
Reading production drawings for assembly.
Work preparation for assembly work
Assembly work (bonding and aluminium processing)
Logistics and transport support
Support quality control
Support in the further development of the assembly line.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who likes to roll up his sleeves
You have at least an MBO education
Masters the Dutch and/or English language
With driving license B (desired)
Forklift certificate (already in possession, or otherwise willing to obtain it)
Experience in production and/or assembly
Your qualities are:
Working together
Technical insight
Convenient and accurate
Energetic
