About the function
As Solarix continues to expand internationally, a reliable and efficient supply chain is becoming increasingly important. We are therefore looking for a structured and proactive Logistics & Procurement Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating logistics, procurement, inventory management, and operational purchasing processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement of materials and services, managing supplier relationships, negotiating optimal purchasing terms, and ensuring an efficient supply chain. You will liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams, while monitoring the availability of materials for current and future projects.
You are highly organized, solution-oriented, and energized by optimizing processes, creating structure, and maintaining clear oversight in a dynamic environment.

What will you do?
Coordinate the procurement of solar panels, mounting systems, packaging materials, and transportation services.
Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance in terms of quality, delivery times, and costs.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, contracts, and service agreements with suppliers to secure the best purchasing conditions.
Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock administration and reporting.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, logistics operations, and transportation activities.
Monitor delivery schedules and proactively identify and resolve potential disruptions within the supply chain.
Organize and coordinate packaging and shipping processes for projects and customer orders.
Align material requirements with the Sales, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and implement improvements in processes, operational efficiency, and cost control.
Support the further professionalization and scaling of Solarix’s supply chain as the company continues to grow.
Who are we looking for?
Experience in procurement, logistics, operations, or inventory management.
Experience with, or a strong affinity for, commercial negotiations and supplier management.
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Experience coordinating suppliers, logistics providers, and operational processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with ERP systems, inventory management software, or similar tools is considered an advantage.
Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
