With her background as an architect, Marloes van Heteren is the connecting factor between the technical developments and sustainability ambitions of Solarix and the wishes and application in projects of developers and architects. Marloes not only strives to realize solar facade projects, but to interdisciplinary collaborations within project developments, to research, develop and thus strive together for energy-neutral and more beautiful cities!

Marloes van Heteren

Reinier, has a background as an artist/designer and studied at the Design Academy in Eindhoven. His work is internationally known and awarded for his groundbreaking vision and projects. Reinier is fascinated by design that adds much more than just appearance. He also wants to create prospects for new generations and no longer use energy sources. Reinier Bosch, with his enthusiasm and artistic background, is the engine behind a more beautiful 'aesthetic' energy transition. He connects different parties; artists, consumers, municipalities, project developers and architects to look at sustainable buildings with a fresh and different perspective.

Jasper Brommet has more than 15 years of experience as an international entrepreneur and business developer, working for and with green Scale-up and Startups. As a partner and commercial director at Solarix, he takes the business side of Solarix to a higher level. Jasper is excited by international relations, business innovation, green and clean technology and energized by working with companies and individuals from around the world to do business, build friendships and make the world a better place.

Alissa's passion for sustainability and the energy transition aligns perfectly with our mission here at Solarix. With her 30 years of experience in various architectural films, Alissa is, as our project manager operation, the perfect link between our partners, suppliers and market demand from clients, architects and construction companies.

Alissa Labeur-Terwindt

With a background in industrial design, Oscar joined the Solarix team as the first member in 2018, and he is well-versed in all aspects of our panel development. As the Head of Product Development, he is involved in a wide range of activities within our company. His tasks include overseeing the technical development of the collection, designing the mounting system, close collaboration with the design team and solar experts on projects, and overseeing production at our manufacturing partners. Oscar has a passion for making the world and our products better, and this, combined with his meticulous approach, has made him one of our key team members.

Oscar van der Voort

Eefiene Winnubst-Bolhuis, a graduate of the Design Academy Eindhoven, brings over 15 years of expertise in product and material design to her role as Lead Designer and Marketing Manager at Solarix. Her design philosophy focuses on enriching objects with meaning and tactility, fostering a deep connection with the user. Eefiene is responsible for developing the colour and pattern collections and collaborates closely with architects on bespoke colours and designs for solar facades, constantly striving for innovative material experiences.

As Marketing Manager, Eefiene oversees all brand identity expressions for Solarix. She directs the creative vision for visuals, from graphics to presentations and videos, and is also responsible for content across the website, social media, and other PR outlets. With her combined expertise in design and marketing, she ensures that Solarix consistently operates at the highest level, both visually and strategically.

Eefiene Winnubst-Bolhuis

Evert Bende holds a Ph.D. in physics and has been working in the photovoltaic (PV) sector since 2008. His expertise spans from solar cells to solar systems. What sets him apart is his ability to seamlessly switch between technical details and high-level, strategic insights into the industry. Over the years, he has built an extensive network within the international PV community. Above all, Evert is highly motivated to elevate the technology and safety standards of the Solarix product to the level of world-class design.

Evert Bende

With more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector, Mark contributes to the growth of Solarix. In recent years, he has increasingly focused on sustainability within start-ups and scale-ups. In his role as CFO at Solarix, Mark is responsible for developing financial reports and optimizing financial processes. This includes matters such as budgeting, preparing monthly reports, cash flow planning and making business plans and guiding the next investment round. In this way, Mark contributes to a greener world. His financial expertise is of great importance to Solarix in its pursuit of sustainable development.

Mark Oude Avenhuis

When Jan-Jaap chose to study Energy Technology at TU Delft in the early 1990s, he couldn’t have predicted that the energy transition in the Netherlands would take so long. After gaining valuable experience in the corporate world, he founded the first solar panel production company in the Netherlands in 2012. The innovative products developed there are still among the best-selling BIPV solutions for pitched roofs in Europe today.

As a well-known figure in the international (BI)PV sector and a strong advocate for European production of integrated PV solutions, Jan-Jaap is committed to driving innovation, circularity, and quality in the solar energy industry. At Solarix, his mission is to scale up custom-made BIPV facade panels and make them widely applicable. With his technical expertise and strategic vision, he contributes to the next step in sustainable and aesthetic solar energy solutions.

Jan-Jaap van Os

After completing his study in Science, Business, and Innovation with a specialization in Energy and Sustainability, Charley now applies his motivation into Solarix. Charley enjoys engaging in conversations with new clients to explore how we can collaboratively bring a beautiful energy-generating solar facade to life. "I can envision a future where the built environment is entirely adorned with aesthetically appealing Solarix panels, making our surroundings (partially) energy-neutral,"

Martijn has always had a keen interest in sustainability in the built environment. As an architect, he has dedicated nearly four years to reducing the footprint of buildings, with a special focus on generating and storing renewable energy and the use of sustainable building materials. What particularly appealed to him about Solarix was the combination of energy generation with aesthetically appealing solutions.

Joep is our account manager for facade and roof solar panels. With a passion for sustainability and innovation, he brings his experience at a major energy supplier and his commitment to making hundreds of homes more sustainable with heat pumps and solar panels to Solarix. Joep is committed to working with clients to realize the most beautiful and sustainable solutions for their buildings.

A creative mindset and a desire to make a positive impact on the world motivate him to work at Solarix. Oleg finds satisfaction in the process and the realisation that his own efforts are making the world around him more beautiful and environmentally friendly.

While this is his first work experience, he has always dreamed of being useful to society and helping people in various ways. That's why he graduated as a social worker and psychologist from the university. Now, at Solarix, he works with the same goal in mind and is open to new experiences as he contributes to a better world.
