Working as an Account Manager at Solarix
Solarix is looking for a creative sustainable mind who will act as our Account Manager and take our sales in the Benelux to the next level. You are a team player and discussion partner for customers with a sense of aesthetics and technology, preferably with experience in the construction sector.
You understand who the decision makers are and regularly sit down with project developers, architects and builders. You know exactly what is going on in the market and provide input during the entire construction process. With your expertise, you advise customers on the application of solar in the facade and you think about solutions and the business case. Your challenge is to ensure that our customers are aware of local laws and regulations, subsidies and regulations in the field of solar energy.
You have a passion for selling and know better than anyone how to build a good network. You are responsible for achieving sales targets and preparing quotations. Your working day is never the same and you like challenges. You regularly give presentations and have contact with various stakeholders. It is therefore important that you understand what their interests are and that you respond to them.
You have a relevant HBO or WO education and have at least 4 years of commercial work experience. Affinity with the construction sector is a must and knowledge of real estate, architecture and/or the solar world is an advantage.

What are you going to do?
Building our network in the Benelux and conducting market research.
Advising clients on sustainable solutions in the architectural world.
Responsible for achieving sales targets.
Ensuring good customer relations and a happy customer base.
Who are we looking for?
At least 3-7 years of relevant commercial work experience and affinity with construction and real estate.
You have an excellent command of both the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
Working independently is in your blood, and you like to take initiative and responsibility.
In possession of a relevant HBO or WO education.
You are a sales rockstar with experience in the construction and real estate sector.
You have a passion for sustainability and architecture.
You speak the language of architects and project developers.
You are results-oriented, enterprising and have a smooth conversation.
