About Solarix

Solarix designs, develops, and supplies aesthetically pleasing, colored solar panels for energy-generating facades. Our innovative Solar Design panels combine technology and design, contributing to carbon-neutral buildings. We believe in connecting beauty and sustainability to make an impact.

With unique color technology, our own design collection, and an integrated mounting system, we have built a strong position in the Dutch market. Now we are ready for the next step: international growth, with Germany as our primary focus.

Working as an HR business partner at Solarix

As an HR Business Partner, you'll be responsible for all aspects of HR, from administration and listening, to recruitment and selection, and answering all sorts of questions. We're a company still developing, which means you'll also be working on sound processes and policy frameworks. You're an easy connector, can draw on some experience, or are willing to explore new paths. You have several years of experience in a similar role, perhaps even at a much larger organization. This is a part-time position (3 x 4 hours in the office), allowing you to easily pursue other activities alongside your regular work. In this role, you'll report to the CFO and work closely with the MT.

Your responsibilities

  • Drafting and managing contracts, maintaining the employee handbook

  • Evaluating and further developing the onboarding process

  • Drafting job descriptions, coordinating and initial candidate selection, and contacting recruitment and selection agencies.

  • Personnel administration (salaries, absences, expense claims, vacation, etc.)

  • Creating a vision for learning and development, coaching employees, and supporting personal learning plans.

  • Creating an annual budget and tracking budget realization

  • Preparing performance and development reviews

  • Sparring partner for the CEO and management team

  • Confidential advisor for employees

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of HR experience

  • Relevant and completed education

  • Higher professional education (HBO) level

  • You connect easily and have strong communication skills

  • You are honest and can handle confidential information effectively

  • You work accurately and precisely

  • You can easily switch between different people and departments

  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up organization is a plus

  • Do you live in or near Weesp? That's also a plus
