Working as a Senior International Account Manager at Solarix
As Senior International Account Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and driving our commercial activities in Germany. You will lay the foundation for long-term partnerships with stakeholders in the construction and facade industries, develop customer relationships, and build a local team to accelerate our growth. You are both a pioneer and a leader. You have experience in international business development, speak the language of architects and contractors, and know how to successfully introduce innovation into complex markets.

Your Responsibilities
Business development in Germany: identify opportunities and set market entry strategies
Build and maintain partnerships with architects, façade builders, developers, and contractors
Advise clients on Solarix solutions and guide them from design to delivery
Represent Solarix at trade fairs, events, and within key networks
Collaborate with the Dutch team to localize processes, tools, and propositions
Contribute to scalable processes and sales support tools for efficient growth
Build and expand the local sales team
Your Profile
At least 5 years of (international) B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, façade tech, or solar
Proven experience in building or leading a team
Fluent in German (must) and English; Dutch is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking
Commercial drive combined with technical understanding
Strong network in the German construction and real estate sector is a big plus
Willing to travel regularly within Germany and between Germany and the Netherlands
