Working as a Workshop Supervisor at Solarix
Solarix is involved in large-scale projects, necessitating a major focus on professionalisation and innovation in our production process. As the Workshop Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in leading these efforts, taking charge of the daily management of the workshop team. You will oversee the procurement, production, and delivery of the Solarix System, an innovative coloured solar panel with its own mounting system. You will lead the assembly process, ensuring both adhesion and quality control, while maintaining Solarix's high standards.
You will be responsible for building and leading a skilled assembly team, coordinating daily operations to maintain an efficient and safe workshop. Not only will you help foster a positive and productive working environment, but you will also lead by example. Your duties will include managing inventory, arranging transport from production to construction sites, and ensuring that safety in the workshop remains a top priority. In addition, you will regularly communicate with management to discuss progress and implement necessary improvements.

Who are we looking for?
MBO or HBO qualification in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a workshop or production setting.
A passion for sustainability and technology.
Available 4-5 days a week.
Strong proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
A valid driving licence (category B).
A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one.
