Kuijpers.
The office building of the Kuijpers engineering firm has a first. This is the first building in the world to use solar design in the facade. Kuijpers has been a passionate advocate for the application of this right from the start. By thinking in terms of design, the redevelopment made it possible to combine the generation of sustainable energy with the creation of a new identity for the building. In the dark the building turns into an art object, by means of LED lighting it colors with the seasons and thus gives an artistic impression to the seasonal experience. A total of 196 Solarix panels are mounted on the facade of the building, 177 of which with PV cells.
