On a mission for the Olympic Games in Paris
Studio Solarix has been invited by Amsterdam Trade & Innovate to participate in a digital trade mission for the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024! The goal of this mission is to contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions in the Olympic Village.
The Olympic and Paralympic Games will take place in Paris and its surroundings in 2024. France aims to present its capital as the sustainable and accessible European city of the future, striving to be CO2-neutral by 2050. Therefore, the objective is to make the Olympic Games as sustainable as possible with innovative buildings. Studio Solarix's solar design facades are a perfect fit for this initiative!
To assist in achieving this sustainable goal, collaboration with Solideo is underway to explore the application of our aesthetic solar panels on a building in the Olympic Village. The plan originates from the renowned French architect Dominique Perrault, known for the design of the French National Library.
During the digital trade mission, we will engage in discussions with potential construction partners to realize a significant project where we can optimally apply our expertise in design solar panels. We are supported in this endeavor by the organization of Solideo and the Dutch Embassy in Paris.
The digital trade mission will take place on December 9th and 10th, featuring Sigrid Kaag, Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation.
