Leostraat residential development

Leostraat is a residential redevelopment project in the Bloemenbuurt Noord district of Eindhoven, commissioned by Woonstichting 'thuis, designed by K+ adviesgroep, and constructed by Van Grunsven .

Solarix supplied 220 terracotta rooftop solar panels with a total installed capacity of 78.1 kWp, seamlessly integrating renewable energy generation into the architectural design. Installed by Stym, the panels generate clean, on-site electricity while blending naturally with the neighbourhood's characteristic red roofscape thanks to their terracotta colour. Combined with the project's circular construction approach, the integrated solar solution contributes to a future-proof residential development with a lower environmental impact.
