Vacancy: Project Manager

Vacancy: Project Manager – Netherlands, Germany & Switzerland

Minimum 32 hours | Location: Weesp, the Netherlands

Solarix develops aesthetically designed solar energy solutions for façades and roofs, combining architecture with sustainability. We work with architects, developers, contractors and façade specialists on projects that make a visible impact on the built environment.

About the function

As Solarix continues to grow internationally, the number of projects outside the Netherlands is increasing. We are therefore looking for an independent, client-focused and technically skilled Project Manager to provide technical and project guidance and act as the link between the client, design and delivery teams. You will be based in Weesp and work on international projects, with a strong focus on the growing markets in Germany and Switzerland.

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for architects, clients, façade specialists and contractors. You will guide projects from technical development and coordination through to delivery, ensuring that the design, construction requirements and the Solarix system are fully aligned. You will coordinate technical information and commission drawing work where required, ensure that all necessary project information is available, and coordinate internally with teams including Engineering, Supply Chain and Sales.

Internal planning, logistics and material flows are primarily the responsibility of the Supply Chain Manager. Your main focus will be on technical project coordination and maintaining strong communication with clients and construction partners.

Working at Solarix means:

A table tennis table in the assembly hall surrounded by self-designed panels. A daily vegan lunch. A Qigong meditation on Tuesday morning. Possibly an ice bath during a team outing. Drinking special beer together in a church in Weesp. Room for balance and a healthy family life.

Would you like to apply? Then take the following three steps:

1. Write a short motivation letter

We can all lose ourselves in ambition and share a lot of information. But in brevity lies the master. So we would like to invite you to explain in a maximum of half an A4 page why you are applying for a position.

2. Make your resume beautiful

(And easy to read, of course.)

3. Submit your application

We promise to read every vacancy carefully and will email you back within 10 days with a substantive response. (Even if we don't see a place for you on our team, because standard rejections are ugly.)
